vegan tofu cheesecake

Tofu cheesecake:

600-900g tofu
potato starch - 6 tablespoons
soy milk - about 1/2 glass
castor sugar - about 1/3 glass
1 vanilla bean
lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

fruits (berries)
dark chocolate

Baking: 200 degrees Celsius, about 1 hour
