vegan dinner, very fast to make!
Salad: beet's leaves, fresh cucumber, black olives, olive oil 1 spoon, black pepper, roasted sunflower seeds.
Casserole: different vegetables, for example beets, green beans, carrots, celery - chopped.
Add spices you like.
On top: I used mixed almonds with oil, soy milk and 1 spoon of cider vinegar.
