Warzywa podsmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju rzepakowym, zalać wodą, dusić chwilę, dodać kmin rzymski, odrobinę sabji masali i pieprzu lub inne przyprawy, co kto lubi.<br />

Do tego dodałam nietypowe pesto: zmielona natka pietruszki, koperek, garść słonecznika i nerkowców - zmiksowane z oliwą z oliwek.<br />

Tahini/ masło sezamowe - pasta na bazie nasion sezamu.<br /><br />Na suchej
patelni prażymy 1/3 szklanki sezamu - do zezłocenia ziaren, cały czas
mieszając drewnianą łopatką. Nie można dopuścić do zbrązowienia/
zczernienia ziaren, bo tahini będzie bardzo gorzkie.<br />Zezłocone ziarna oddstawić do ochłodzenia.<br />Do
naczynia blendera wlewamy ok. 100 ml oleju, trochę wody i wsypujemy
ziarna. Mixujemy, dolewając w razie konieczności wodę, do uzyskania
gęstej masy barwy białej.<br /><br />Całość wykorzystamy do zrobienia hummusu.<br />

<br />Hummus:<br />- szklankę ciecierzycy moczymy na noc na ok. 12 godzin w wodzie.<br />-
gotujemy do miękkości - najpierw na dużym ogniu, zbierając pianę, potem
na małym ogniu (aż będzie można zmiażdżyć łatwo ziarno łyżką)<br />- po ugotowaniu oddzielamy ziarna od wody, zostawiając wodę (użyjemy do mixowania)<br />
* Można użyć gotowej cieciorki z puszki firmy Rolnik - niestety wtedy hummus ma inny smak ;)<br />-
wsypujemy ziarna do miski, dodajemy zmiażdżone 1-3 ząbki czosnku i
rozdrabniamy mikserem ręcznym na gęstą masę, pod koniec dodając tahini
(1/2 szklanki), sól, pieprz, sok z cytryny, 3 łyżki oliwy (lub więcej).
Konsystencję wyrabiamy, dodając wodę i oliwę z oliwek. Ma być to gładka,
kremowa masa, którą na koniec można oprószyć chilli i polać oliwą,
odstawić do schłodzenia. I można jeść z falaflem w tortilli, pitą, zwykłym chlebem, albo sam
